Cinema Visit Year 5
Year 4,5 and 6 had the opportunity to visit the cinema this week. We watched the movie Boxtrolls and year 5 really enjoyed it! Here are some photos before the fun began.
Science – How do we see things?
As part of our Light topic, we learnt about how light travels and how we see objects. After finding out that light rays travel in straight lines, we created a scientific model using a torch, a range of objects and string to represent the light rays. We discussed the...
World Book Week
We enjoyed a jam packed week this week. Welcoming our parents and carers in to school to share a book, dressing up as our favourite characters from a book on Friday and enjoying a story (or two) with the children from year 3.
