On Friday, Year 2 walked to St Chad’s Church in Bensham. Margaret and Brian welcomed us into the church and gave us a guided tour. We looked at the different features of churches such as the altar, the lectern, stained glass windows and the baptismal font. The children have really impressed Miss Ho, Miss Greenwell and Mrs Newton their knowledge and asked some thoughtful questions.
