At the start of Year 5 and 6’s Music lessons this afternoon, Stuart told the children we’d be having Christmas Karaoke in class as a treat for the end of term!
Stuart said they would practise their Christmas Concert songs first, before writing down what songs they’d like to sing on post it notes. Some of the songs the children sang in Year 6 included; ‘All I want for Christmas’, ‘I wish it could be Christmas everyday’ and ‘Santa tell me’. Some of the songs the children in Year 5 sang included; ‘You’re a mean one, Mr Grinch’, ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ and ‘Last Christmas’.
Singing these songs really got us in the Christmas spirit!
