Year 3 enjoyed a visit to the community allotment this week during a warm and sunny autumn afternoon. We are passionate about outdoor learning and really enjoyed completing lots of different jobs as a class to help care for our allotment. We talked about the different plants we could see and even observed some smaller garden visitors (bug hunting!) whilst we were there, ensuring we were quiet and gentle to look at some a little closer under the magnifying glass! We are so lucky to have this allotment available to us and look forward to visiting again to see how all our hard work has paid off.
