We were very lucky to have a visit from Animal Antics this afternoon in Nursery. The children loved meeting different animals including mice called Pip and Squeak, a rabbit called Barney, a snake called Cornflake, a Pygmy hedgehog and an owl called Bracken. The children were very gentle stroking and handling the animals. They took turns and listened well to find out about what the animals like to eat. We watched the hedgehog munching on some wriggly worms.
