In Art this half term, Year 3 are focusing on the Scottish artist Steven Brown.
Over the last few weeks, the children have explored and described the artists’ work, focusing on his vibrant style.
Today, the children used his work of ‘Heather McCoo’ as inspiration, to create their own piece of artwork using a photograph of themselves. They used different coloured string and PVA glue to create the long haired effects of the artwork.
