This week we have been learning about Mental Health week 2024. We talked about different ways to keep our body and our mind healthy.
This years theme is ‘ My Voice Matters’. We all have a voice and we all have thoughts, feelings and needs. We used our voice and thoughts to write down what is important to us and how it can support our wellbeing.
We thought about and wrote down what makes us happy, what we are grateful for, some advice we would give ourselves and also something that we would love to learn how to do.
