In our RE lesson today, we heard the Easter story and learnt about some of the customs Christians do to remember the Easter story.
We decided to make our own Easter garden to help us tell the Easter story. We then looked at what each of the symbols represented. The cross reminded us of Jesus carrying the cross on his back, being nailed to the cross and dying. The plant pot represented Jesus being buried in a cave. The flowers represent new life and Jesus rising again.
