In History this term, we have been learning about the events that led to the sinking of the Titanic. We have looked at the dates and time of when each event had happened and ordered the events on a timeline. We have also worked together as a class to retell the events of the Titanic through creating freeze frames. Miss Ho also set a homework task for the children where they used their own creativity to recreate the Titanic using different materials or create a poster. WOW! I was amazed at the hard work that children have done for their homework. It was wonderful to see how much effort the children have put in to create their posters and Titanic ships. Thank you so much to parents/carers for supporting your child with this task, the results of it were fantastic and I am sure the children are super proud of their own work. A huge well done Year 2!
