This morning we had our transition day where we got to meet our new teacher for September! We were all very excited.
A big hello from me, I’m Mrs Stott and I am going to be the teacher in Nursery class in September. Most of you will already know who I am as I am currently the Reception class teacher, I am a familiar face to the children who are already in Nursery. We are thrilled that Miss Pegram will continue to be our Teaching Assistant.
It was great to spend some time together today, in preparation for September. We had a busy morning playing and exploring within the nursery environment, showing Mrs Stott some of the things we can do and what our interests are. We also had fun on the carpet, playing some speaking and listening games, singing songs and listening to a story. The children are all such keen and enthusiastic learners, who have shown a strong interest to be involved in hands on, active learning where they can learn about the world we live in. Well done everyone. Miss Pegram and I are looking forward to more fun in September.
