This half term in Reception, we have been focusing on fundamental movement skills. This includes balancing, throwing, catching and working together as a team.
This week as a warm up we played a game called electric car. This requires the children to follow instructions whilst travelling in different ways around the space. Following this, we developed our throwing and catching skills with a bean bag working on our own then with a partner. To finish, we played a game throwing our bean bags at a target and collecting points for any successful aims.
