Our last written piece of English work this half term has been linked to ‘The Nativity Story’.
The children wrote diary entries, portraying the role of Joseph. In their writing, they wrote in chronological order and also included; contractions, parentheses, personal pronouns and informal vocabulary. They then decorated around their diary entries with drawings of nativity characters and the setting.
