Today is Chinese New Year, the year of the Snake. In preparation for the celebrations we have cleaned and decorated our classroom as well as trying sweet and sour rice , prawn crackers and egg fried rice. We had a lovely day listening to Chinese Music and taking part in some craft activities, making lanterns and cutting out spiral snakes. Nursery also joined us this morning to take part in some dragon dancing.
