Reverend Hannah came into school today to train the children who have taken their First Communion to be altar servers.
Reverend Hannah explained what this role would entail; serving her at the altar during our Eucharist services. The children were taught the different names of the vessels and what they contain. They were shown how to handle the vessels correctly and when they are used during a Eucharist service.
The children had the opportunity to rehearse this and look forward to serving Reverend Hannah at our Eucharist services.
