As part of our Light topic, we learnt about how light travels and how we see objects. After finding out that light rays travel in straight lines, we created a scientific model using a torch, a range of objects and string to represent the light rays. We discussed the direction that light travels in and then drew and annotated a diagram to represent this model. Light rays travel in a straight line from the source of light. It reflects off the object and into our eye.
