On Tuesday, Year 4 celebrated the Eucharist with Reverend Hannah.
The theme was community and the support, trust and friendships that communities establish. The children listened to the Gospel story of the time when the community of Jesus’ friends was broken through the betrayal of Judas. Reverend Hannah talked to us about Jesus’ feelings and the feelings of Judas following his betrayal. The children reflected on why Judas did this and how the community could be built again through love and forgiveness.
