Going for Green Shop

Over the past couple of years, we have been working very hard to improve the attendance and punctuality of pupils at St. Aidan’s. This has significantly improved, and we thank everyone for working with us and supporting us.

Good punctuality is linked to good attendance, which we know leads to better outcomes for children.

To encourage and reward the children for their improved attendance and punctuality, we have this week opened our ‘Going for Green Shop.’

Each day, the children get a full green circle in the register if they are present in school and if they arrive at school on time. If the children reach five green circles each week, they will then be able to visit the Going for Green shop and choose a small reward of their choice.

We were delighted to see that the shop received over 170 visits this week. Well done St. Aidan’s.
