In Year 4 we have started to look at the skills and qualities of a good team. The children identified the following as key qualities; it is fair, people listen, need resilience, everyone is included, people are mindful of others, they are respectful and they all feel included.
The children then began to think about the members of our school team. They each selected a team member and completed some role play to illustrate the important, valuable role they play.
