Year 6 have had a wonderful few days at Robinwood Activity Centre in Alston, Cumbria. The children settled well into camp and embraced all of the activities with great energy and enthusiasm.
Across all three of the days the children had the opportunity to experience the following activities; caving, archery, night line, trapeze, zip wire, giant swing, quest, canoeing, crate challenge, climbing, the challenge course and the piranha pool.
The children worked well in their teams using and developing many skills and qualities such as support, encouragement, listening skills, resilience, respect, leadership, problem solving, communication and cooperation.
Year 6 thoroughly enjoyed the challenges they faced and have come home feeling tired but very proud of themselves. Well done Year 6, we are sure you have some made memories that will last forever.
