In geography, we have been learning about hot and cold places around the world. We explored the equator, the North Pole, and the South Pole, and learned how countries near these areas are affected by their location. We also completed some research to find out how different animals that live in these environments have adapted to survive in some of the harshest conditions on Earth.
This week, we were challenged to create an outfit suitable for either a hot or cold environment. We worked in teams and as you can see, we were very creative, designing items such as sandals, hats, scarves, sunglasses, and many other accessories.
