Year One have enjoyed exploring What the Ladybird Heard this half term in English. Through shared reading, drama, and discussion, children built vocabulary and confidence. They planned and wrote their own narratives, imagining new adventures for the clever ladybird. We also followed and wrote clear instructions to create delicious ladybird pizzas, practising sequencing and verbs.
