On the run up to Easter this weekend, Reception class have been super busy with lots of fun Easter activities!
On Monday, the children who wanted to enter the Easter Egg competition in school brought in their entries. We have had some wonderful creations ranging from; ice cream vans and characters from their favourite stories.
On Tuesday, the school councillors arranged an Easter egg hunt for Nursery and Reception class at Forest School. The children loved searching the area for eggs. Inside of each egg was delicious, sweet treat for each child!
In RE, we have spoke about Jesus dying on the cross on a Good Friday and resurrecting on Easter Sunday. We have also been creating Easter cards to take home to share with family and friends.
