This week during Drawing Club, Reception class we have been reading the story of ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’.
Our activities in class have included; creating our very own butterflies on Art table, making caterpillars out of play doh and placing them on leaves and working on our fine motor skills whilst threading.
We have also had some brand new additions to our classroom…REAL LIFE CATERPILLARS! They arrived looking incredibly small, but within a few days look how much they’ve grown! We’re so excited to watch the rest of their life cycle over the next couple of weeks.
