Following on from our Geography lesson last week, Year 1 continued to focus on their local area by visiting different areas of inside of their school.
The children used ‘wonderful walking’ and ‘calm corridors’ throughout school, visiting areas such as the school library, Mrs Graham’s office and the Year 6 classroom. The children found additional rooms that they were not aware of; a kitchen behind the library, Miss McShane’s office behind Mrs. Graham’s office and the staff room behind the Year 6 classroom.
