Year 4 have made a fantastic start to the term in their PE lessons. They have begun a new unit on invasion games and have approached every activity with great energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude. The children have explored a variety of passing techniques, including bounce passes, shoulder passes and chest passes, developing greater accuracy and control. They have also practised moving with the ball and successfully passing to their teammates during games and activities. Throughout the lessons, they have been encouraged to communicate effectively with their team and to make intelligent decisions about where to move, ensuring they are always looking for space. It has been wonderful to see their teamwork, enthusiasm and confidence developing as they begin their invasion games unit.
