St Aidan’s were invited to take part in a tree planting event at Bensham Grove to help create a ‘Tiny Forest’ which will help boost the climate in the local area. The children in year 3, 5 and 6 all took part, got very muddy and had a lot of fun whilst also completing a very important job. We were so lucky to be a part of this event, especially in an area so close to our homes where the children can watch the trees grow.
