Some children from Year 3 and Year 4 were able to visit another school to take part in a science day, where they learnt all about the rainforest. They learnt about the different layers of the rainforest including the forest floor, understory, canopy and the emergent layer. They learnt all about some of the amazing creatures that live within the rainforest, and were even lucky enough to see, touch and hold some of them.
