Last Friday, the children in Year 5 finished their Tutankhamun Death Masks as part of their DT topic last half term.
Over a couple of lessons, the children used blank face masks, along with paper towels and PVA glue to create a lightweight structure on their masks. Once dried, they then painted the masks with gold paint, before adding finishing details using blue paint and either permanent black markers or black paint.
The children, very proudly, walked out of school at the end of the day wearing the masks.
