In our first week back to school, children in Year 2 have been constantly talking about ‘Who will win the attendance cup?’ We were very keen to win the cup again and Miss Ho and Miss Greenwell could always hear the children encouraging each other to try to come into school every day even if we feel a bit unwell! Throughout this week, we had a good feeling that we would achieve it again as whenever Miss Ho completed the register, the children would say ‘Yay, we have a full house!’ So… we won for the second time! We were all so happy and excited in getting the cup, treat and an extra playtime (which we all love). We all voted to play in the main yard and as you can see in the photos, we were proud of ourselves and had lots of fun. A great start to the term and a huge well done to you all Year 2!
