Yesterday, Year 1 went to St Chad’s church to find signs of Christmas. They looked around the church and found the Nativity scene and characters, Christmas trees, Advent wreath and lots of candles. Rev. Yvonne then read the children the Nativity Story from the perspective of the inn keeper and answered lots of questions that the children had about Christmas. It was lovely for the children to be back at the church!
