Today, Year 2 have enjoyed lots of fun activities to celebrate Number Day. Some of the activities we did include a Maths quiz in the hall led by Mr Thorogood. Children were sat in house groups and had answered a range of maths questions. The fun did not stop as we took part in ‘Who wants to be a Mathionaire?’ and a scavenger hunt where we had to solve the code by answering some mental maths questions. In Art, we discussed about the shapes that we were using whilst making our sculptures using found objects, inspired by Tony Cragg.
