The courage project is part of the Blazing The Trail award which is set by the Gateshead School Sport Partnership and their Olympic Legacy Programme. So far we have already completed three tasks and achieved the bronze award for this project but are hoping to go on and reach gold before the end of the school year. As part of the courage project, the children from years 4-6 were given the task to design a front cover for this years’ Gateshead Schools Dance Festival programme. Year 4 have been working exceptionally hard on their dance routine for the upcoming event at the end of March.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete their design, the entries were fantastic and made it very difficult to choose only four to be entered into the main competition. A huge well done to the winning designs from Ben y4, Jessica y5, Layla y5 and Penny y5.
