This week in music we listened to an orchestral piece of music from the suite ‘The planets’ composed by Gustav Holst. We listened to’ Mars’ imagining ourselves in space as we listened to the music. Reception class were able to see and hear a double bass, from the string section of an orchestra. We all thought it had a very low deep sound when played.
