Nursery have been reading the story ‘Whatever Next’ as part of their ‘Journeys’ topic this half term. In the story the bear flies to the moon in a cardboard box rocket. As part of our physical and gross motor development Nursery took part in some different activities in the hall. The children love visiting the hall and enjoyed having a go at some different skills such as jumping over moon rocks, throwing rockets into space, attacking aliens and steering a spaceship around planets. The children really impressed Mrs Spoors and Miss Pegram with their skills as well as their turn-taking and waiting.
