This half term in RSHE we have been looking at how we’ve grown and changed from being a baby to 6 years old. We discovered we can do lots of different things now and most importantly we are much more independent. As part of this unit Miss Quinn shared videos of her Goddaughter Lucy growing from a baby to a toddler and this week we met Lucy!
We wrote out some questions to ask Lucy and her Mammy such as “can you ride a bike?” “What’s your favourite colour” “do you have a favourite cartoon?” and “what was your first word” Lucy, 23month, tried very hard to answer their questions and told them her favourite colour was pink and she has a sister. The children then took great care of Lucy, showing her our classroom and outdoor areas.
