In English, we have been learning about poems. As a class, we have practised some poems, including ‘Little Boy Blue’ and ‘The Rhythm of Life’. We then decided as a class to perform Michael Rosen’s poem ‘The Rhythm of Life’. We worked in groups and practised the words and actions of the poem. We have performed the poem in front of the class and have also independently written a poem using rhyme.
