We have had another fun-filled, busy and exciting week in Nursery.
Our focus story this week was ‘Pirates love underpants’. “These pirates SO love underpants. They’re on a special quest to find the fabled Pants of Gold, for the Captain’s treasure chest.”
On the Art table, the children have really enjoyed decorating their very own underpants, using collage materials.
On the Writing table, the children have been practising so hard trying to form the letters of their name.
The rest of this week has consisted of lots more fun activities. The children have been involved in messy play with slime and gloop, which consisted of cornflour and water. They just love to get messy! Some of the children have enjoyed iPad time with their friends, sitting cosy underneath blankets. The children have also been playing turn taking Maths games with their teachers and friends, subitising and counting up to 6.
