This week in Year 3 we have been celebrating friendship week. We have been thinking about the theme of ‘kindness’ and how we can spread a little kindness in our school and community. On Friday, we had a special class collective worship where we thought about times in which Jesus showed kindness in the bible and how we can learn from his examples. Miss McAllister finished our collective worship by awarding four of us with special kindness certificates. These certificates were given for acts of kindness that had been seen over the course of the week. Some were for helping friends outside at playtime, while some were for being kind and helpful to visitors we had in school. Together, we can all spread a little kindness.
