CIAO RAGAZZI! E buona festa – SI CARNEVALE! It has always been a pleasure to share our wonderful Italian learning with our counterparts at San Giovanni Bosco School in Thiene; Italy. This year is no different. We received a wonderful box (see below) filled with gifts and letters, along with books and more from our friends down south. What’s more, over the Christmas period, we engaged in a series of video calls with Maestra Raffa/ Maestro Alessandro and our friends in different classes. This was a wonderful opportunity to share our love for learning foreign languages with friends. It was also a time to question our peers based on their learning up to Christmas and beyond. This term we have shared information of the Carnevale Festival that is symbolic with Venice. It is a wonderful opportunity to research and share the cultural beauties of diverse countries. We aim to delve deeper into the topic later in Spring 2 when we return from our holidays. Ragazzi ci sentiamo, grazie mille per tutto!
