On Friday, Year 3 thoroughly enjoyed making banana muffins as part of their Design Technology project. We started off by using scales and measuring jugs to measure out the ingredients before learning new skills such as whisking, folding, sieving and how to crack eggs. We then decided whether we wanted to add milk or white chocolate chips to the muffins. We then popped them into the oven to wait for them to cook and then cool. Year 3 worked really well together, the muffins were delicious! We hope you enjoyed trying them at home.
