This week in Drawing Club, Reception class have been reading the story, ‘Jack and the Beanstalk.’
In our books, we used our code for the story in order for us to write a sentence about what we would find at the top of a beanstalk if we were Jack. We had some wonderful ideas including; a swimming pool, a house, circus or funfair.
During play time, in the construction area, we decided to make our own houses and creations referring back to the story earlier in the week of what we would want to find at the top of our beanstalk.
