History
Through the study of history, we want to develop learners who have a love of history and a curiosity to find out about the past so that they can make thoughtful observations and judgements about it. We believe that by better understanding the past, we can better understand the world we live in today. Our pupils will develop their chronology, understanding, communication and critical thinking skills in this subject. Our pupils will develop an understanding of the challenges faced in the past; how the world has changed and how, with knowledge, they can be empowered to shape their own future and that of others.
