In history, we are learning about the Shang Dynasty of Ancient China. We found out about some of the key events from this period of Ancient Chinese history, and placed them on a timeline on our classroom window! We discussed how the Shang Dynasty happened Before Christ (BC) and how the numbers are organised in decreasing order on a timeline working towards 0. Once we had completed this activity, we recorded our own timelines with equidistant intervals in our books.
